Easy Turkey (or Ham) Asparagus Roll Ups

Asparagus Roll Ups
Turkey or ham lunch meat (sliced thicker no shaved)
Asparagus
Hollandaise sauce (I used the package. If you prefer homemade, you can make you it yourself. I prefer quick.)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. To prepare your asparagus, you will need to add water and a little salt to large pan. Bring to boil. Prepare a bowl of ice water. Once salt water boils, add asparagus. Boil for 1 or 2 minutes. (This is called par boil method.) Add to ice water to cool completely. Take out of ice water once cooled and thoroughly dry the asparagus off. You can skip this step if you prefer to crunchy. Place asparagus in center of lunch meat. Wrap up and place in baking dish. Make hollandaise sauce. Pour over roll ups. Make for 20 or 25 minutes. Enjoy!

Nice one ! within next 2 weeks, we get them in PL 😀 What I love is some serrano ham with it or just stir fry and serve it on the plate with mush potatoes and fried egg 🙂

I eat asparagus steamed with butter or garlic butter with pepper too. There are a lot of different recipes that use asparagus.
