4 large eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 & 1/2 cup hot boiling water
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

I'm an Vietnamese-Australian citizen. I was born in Saigon (a place u will not find on google earth) but have lived in Victoria/Australia from since I can remember. This "Omnoodle" dish you have concocted has truly captured my curiosity bcos in a sense you've managed to unexpectedly combined who I am in a fundamental simple but yet creative dish (Noodles+eggs, Asian+Aussie). I will have to try this dish otherwise I'd b questioning my very existence to date Lol. Im hoping my reaction after tasting this 'Omoodle' will be something along the lines of "Why didn't I ever think of this🤔 " as opposed to "now knowing why I didn't ever think of this🤢". If you want your food faster and don't feel like doing all the extra ingredients you can also just make the noodles like the package says and drop a couple beaten eggs in the boiling water. You must stir it constantly and vigorously once they're in but it works very well for a quick lunch with no effort at all.

This is awesome thank you for sharing! I do something similar when I’m broke! I buy a bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower, put some of them in first,then add ramen noodles/ then an egg except I leave them whole! It’s delicious and gets me through a week or two! Little better nutrition than my usual of just noodles! Love this!

It does. If you’re too lazy just add onions, tomatos, a sprinkle of salt and black pepper when you’re making scrambled eggs. You can also add some chicken, muchrooms, cut up pieces of sausages or spam. I eat the scrambled eggs with rice on the bottom. That’s usually how I eat my eggs
