Nick you are by far the best content for insurance agents I’ve ever subscribed too man! I’m in Miami so I know the hustle is hard but worth it! Thanks for making the grind fun and refreshing with the content bro!
Hey nick , I just passed my P&C exams and my boss wants me to try and write 2 insurance policies per week. I am not sure where to start but this video helped me a lot!
Nick first month went by and I wrote 4 policies ! I was kinda happy with that and my boss is happy, how many policies do you think you need to write to make 100k a year?
I was hired by this P&C carrier with $34K base and this month was my 1st month of nesting. My goal was 15 and I finished with 33 or 34 policies. I think they will pay me $32 for Mono & $38 for Multi.
I’ve sold 80+ in life plus p&c and made $7500 bonus but to do it every month nearly impossible. Plus the service that follows hinders your following month even with a service department
Nice video. I disagree that you have to post on social media to do 6 figures 💆🏻♀️💆🏻♀️ I don’t believe in social media and I make over $200,000 as a insurance broker. Commercial Insurance it’s about having the markets. Many businesses owners are at work not on there phones.
You are correct, Social media isn’t needed for everyone, although it never hurts to have a strong personal brand for additional referrals 😁 thanks for watching!
@@nicksakha I am against social media. It’s not good for everyone to know you business. All my client’s I get them from cold calling and that how I sell them and then give them A1 service and pricing with our 20 carriers. When it comes to commercial insurance you do not need to post tik toks or videos just show them your best worker’s compensation price. Working on a 300,000 policy right now with never ever posting on social media.
Completely agree with you on all levels. Plus when someone over posts in all platforms about whatever is that they are selling, it does the complete opposite. Makes me not want to buy or even look at their product 😂
I am working on getting my Property and Casualty and then life and health. After I get Licensed do you need people? I have No insurance experience but I have 4 summers of sales and 2 summers as top seller in Oregon in the company I was working for. I want to learn and eagerly looking for a learning opportunity in Insurence sales!
Hey Nick, I just passed my P&C Adjuster exam and I am just awaiting for my license by mail. Do you need any agents in TX? Or would it have to be agents only from NV? Thank You!
So let me ask you..I just accepted a job offer from a big insurance company and my salary is 50,000 and I’m wondering if I need to look a little closer at if my commission is being payed out at a lower rate. Is that more than likely the case? And I do know I get laid by how many items I write. Can you help me better understand? Thank you
I think 50k is a very good salary, however you’ll want to find out exactly what the upside is by finding out how much you are paid per item/policy. Hope this helps, congrats!

Thank you Simon, I really appreciate that! Have to make it fun, we’re not in the “sexiest” industry lol . Thanks for watching!

Referrals are the best leads
That’s a fact!

Hi Selena, send me your resume, i’d love to chat. Nicholas.Sakha@allstate.com
Hey, I'm going through my P&C training rn. Is there any recurring commission on P&C based on premiums paid each month or 6 months?
Hey Nick, I just passed my P&C Adjuster exam and I am just awaiting for my license by mail. Do you need any agents in TX? Or would it have to be agents only from NV? Thank You!
Hey! I might know some agents in TX that can interview you
Email me your resume Nicholas.sakha@gmail.com

Hello, How can I start my own agency from scratch ? Thanks
Hi I have bunch of videos on my channel and am coming out with more. Be sure to subscribe
are you paying that 12% off of total premium sold, or total premium the agency gets after the split?
12% off total premium sold 👍🏼
Oh wow!!! That is solid!! I just found you and watching some videos. Been in P&C for a year now. Love this industry.
@@jasonsandvil5831 Thanks for watching man!
What percentage does the agency receive from Allstate?
Hey every contract is different. You’d want to speak to a recruiter local to you to find out. I’d be happy to connect you with one if you needed 👊🏼

I’d be happy to send you what my current comp plan is
