Goosehead really does invest in their people. All the way to becoming an agency owner. Also most of these salaries go away once you surpass that amount. However after your first year of grinding your residuals on renewals come into play! They also have over 100 companies you can go off of as oppose to just working for one company with one option. (My wife is a account manager for corporate office 🤫)
Great video Nicholas! I live in the great state of TEXAS and looking to get into the Insurance Industry. It seems all the agency I have talk with only offer 100% commission positions. Nicholas does pay vary between states?
Respect your hustle brotha! I’m sick and tired of being treated like crap as a mechanic. I need a change, I miss people! Your videos are great brotha
Currently a mechanic getting licensed as a p&c agent. Wish u luck
This video offered a lot of value. I am planning on opening my own agency and I think a good track to run on would be to start as an associate first
Thanks for watching Mark! Never hurts to get experience first
Wow this is eye opening. One thing that really stands out is average premium. My agency is around 2500 premium on average.
Premium per item?
@@nicksakha Yes
Nick, I'm in a totally different industry. I'm curious though who you go through to get qualified leads? And how much does a warm lead typically cost?
Hey it totally varies state by state. I pay roughly $5 per lead from my vendors.
@@nicksakha My wife and I run a small company. Would you be willing to share who you get your leads from?
Hey brother I have my limited lines. Next step property and casualty! Thank you for the update looking forward to it.
Great video Nick!
Thanks Joe!
Have you heard of Goosehead insurance? If so what’s your thoughts on the company? I have an interview in 2 days.
Hey I’ve heard of them, I don’t know much about them except their recruiters are relentless 😂

Hey thank you! You’ve been applying to P&C agencies?
correct@@nicksakha
Heyyyy I'm considered a great agent! I'd be a beast if I wasn't in a captive agency lol!
Why do you say that?
Nick with the gems 💎
Appreciate you!
Your income in your first year was 500k??? Or you sold 500k in premium?
As an agency owner, I grossed 500k, but there are alot of expenses so the net was no where near that #
@@nicksakhaAllstate must pay out insane commissions to gross 500k your first year. I’d like to hear about those actual numbers.
