Rock sling is what I use on most bosses. It usually takes 3-4 hits of every rock to brake there stands.

Shoutout to assasin cerulean/crimson dagger double activating with colossal weapons on normal enemies and with daggers against big enemies/bosses.
Makes for a fun self sufficient build

If you want even more dmg for the bonk you can use royal knight's resolve then do a charged heavy for like 5k dmg
