I am new to game level 105 ,uchitagana +21 and ash of war storm blade and i am destroying most of bosses, is it that broken

I think the wing of Astel is a bit cooler and better than the flail because the ash of war is better to aim, and also PEW PEW PEW LASERS on R2

Double Slash with Keen Affinity + Bloodflame blade (or any other weapon buff) is also an absolute powerhouse.

I noticed how devastating Unsheath is on the katana months ago, it's awesome! Low level put fire affinity on it and it shreds.

You can use the skill on left hand weapon too?

If you are using out of game manipulation to help you grind, you can just cheat and give yourself the item using one of many to do so.

Thanks for creating and posting this. I went with Samurai on my first character and left Unsheathe/keen affinity on my original Uchigatana and put Piercing Fang / keen on my second.

Occult uchigatana is far better than any of these on a pure arcane build.

Blood Blade? With the reach nagakiba has you can easily hit with both the projectile and the blade.

Spoiler alert plus 25 uchi with heavy infusion does more damage with strength as compared to keen at the same value of dexterity sadly dexterity just doesn’t have as high of a multiplier as strength point for point in the stat

Total noob here but I’ve been absolutely melting bosses with the Uchigata paired with bloody slash ash of war. Found it at fort haight

I had all items and all achievements within 2 weeks of the release of ER. I waited MONTHS and months for DLC. They waited way to long to announce and release dlc. I think ALOT more people would have bought the dlc if it was released the same year as the game. Im not even considering going back to play the dlc ive already moved on from my joy in ER

On a low lvl, a ran double uchi with Flaming strike and chilling mist. Raw dmg is pretty good, you have bleed and frost procs, but most importantly: Both weapons buffed with fire and ice respectively, looks cool af!

Executioner greataxe actually does more critical hit dmg because of its high AR and natural 115 critical bonus. For bosses, this weapon is better, and it also procs the Crimson/Cerulean dagger tailsman twice on a single crit. The only downside to it is the 34 strength requirement and 10 or 12 dex requirements. Also, you can use an ash of war called prayerful strike, which heals you on hit and does a decent stance dmg to set up those crits.

Cragblade absolutely slaps

Sweet build to jam through the game. I don’t think I could play through the whole time with this, but as an addition to a spellblade/mage as an alternative, sweet.

What about ng + 7 and higher? Its works?

There are a few that I think you've missed that pair very well with any katana. Storm Blade is downright amazing for a powerful ranged option that is very cheap. It can also hit an enemy twice, once with the weapon and again with the storm blade effect. Double Slash is also extremely cheap and effective. Repeating thrust with Keen affinity and bloodflame blade will proc bleed faster than any combination I've found (one use of the Ash of war will cause over 400 hemorrhage with minimal arcane scaling). Stormcaller can soft lock any enemies that don't have some kind of move that grants hyper armor or are not a boss and will cause massive amounts of bleed build up. Lastly I think Blood Tax fits very well onto any Katana, basically doing what repeating thrust does but also stealing a large chunk of life.

It's important to note that you can't put 2 self buffs on (flame grant me strength and the bloodboil aromatic) nor can you put 2 aura buffs (golden vow and rallying standard), the most recent buff will just overlap the other.
