    havent seen anybody talks about it but understand it may take months or more just to get comfortable and no stress you just need to record your self and every time fix stuff you see are not right (I havent done the off wall handstand but i do see a lot of progress) + get comfortable on the wall is prefered

    Helpful video! Maybe you could do more videos about food and nutrition. I think it's next to skill training the most important aspect of every training. Are you eating vegetarian or vegan? How much protein do you eat? Maybe you can show some good meals to prepare for the week.
    Have a good one guys, lookin forward to your next video

      Keep training the handstand. In order to get results you must train daily depending always in experience. If you are started I would say 3 times per week. Always warm up your wrists so you will avoid injury and protect your hands in general. You will that one day you will pop from 3 seconds to 12 - 14 seconds. From there y must keep practising and pushing the time limit. Also work on your shoulder flexibility as in some cases it creates bad form and banana handstand. Last but not least engage fingers & core. Hope this will help you!

    What about chest to wall practice? With parallettes I can't find a way to enter a chest to wall handstand near the wall, I'm always too far and I can't walk on my hands.

    Hey guys! Another fab video! I want to purchase your program today as it seems the best out there. I am not a complete beginner as I have been training at the gym (little results to date) but also fit into this bracket as I have average core strength and hardly any muscle definitions. It might be an obvious and dumb question but at the beginner level, will it have core strengthing exercises/routines? Many thanks!

    • @CalisthenicsFamily
      @CalisthenicsFamily  5 років тому +1

      Hey! That's great to hear. Yes ofcourse it has! Core is one of the most important and most neglected training areas. So yes, it is definitely involved!

      CALISTHENICS FAMILY thank you for the prompt response and yes I’ve been neglecting my core all these years. Time to get serious and stop wasting my time. I will purchase it during my lunchtime and can’t wait to join the community! Many Thanks..Fatma💪🏽
