WOW, I LOVE THIS KIND OF BREAD! PERFECT FOR MY COFFEE

Hello everyone, welcome back to my youtube chanel. Today I made this kind of bread which is perfect for drinking tea or coffee. Ok, let's jump to the ingredients. Please watch the video guys
Ingredients
160 ml of warm water / warm milk
A pinch of fine salt
1 tsp of instant yeast
2 tbs of sour cream / plain youghurt
50 ml of melted butter + 10 ml of vegetable oil
60 grams of fine granulated sugar
500 grams of high protein flour
Bahan
160 ml air hangat / susu cair hangat
Sejumput garam halus
1 sendok teh ragi instant
2 sendok makan sour cream / youghurt plain
50 ml mentega leleh + 10 ml minyak sayur
60 gram gula pasir halus (diblender)
500 gram terigu protein tinggi
