    With little diference
    100g oat
    10g chia
    1 banana (125g)
    100g fruit mix
    200g milk
    make it at night and put it to the Fridge

      Switch to coconut milk and use pea protein. Much better for the body than milk.

      @@jcbanbury Milk is so unhealthy for you. Thousands of puss cells, it extracts calcium from the bones, has hormones in it... Bro cows milk is for baby calves. Cashew & Coconut Milk have healthy Omega 3&9 Fats. Make the switch.

    Hey man! I just saw one interview u had earlier don’t know when exactly about what happened to u! I just want to say that u r strong and I’m sure that u will be back even better, I don’t know now how u are doing but I’m sure u will manage good, I just had my knee surgery after injury in my kyokushin training and I’m in the middle of this struggle.

    1 scoop of protein powder = 30 grams, but it doesn't mean that 1 scoop of oats is 30 grams as well. It's just like saying that 1 cart of coal is as heavy as 1 cart of feathers.
    I use a kitchen scale and 1 full cup of oats is around 75 grams.

    I never knew I eat similar breakfast as Lazar! Recipe: Oatmeal+hot water (as in video) then linien seeds, 2 bananas, orange, quark 200g + milk - mix in blender.

    My breakfast: 180 grams of oatmeal with 20 grams of raisins on top, 2 whole eggs, 2 cans of tuna (280 grams), 1 banana and 200 grams of eggwhites mixed with some broccoli and selleri. ✌️💪

    Thank you Lazar for the great video. I can say I used to eat oaks very regular for many years at some point had to stop because my stomache got too full from it and I had steady pain. nevertheless according to the nutrional benefits and when you feel great about eating it go on with it. Personally I started intermediate fasting which helps me a lot to enjoy more fluid days this means I eat first around 12 most days. then I start the day with any vegetarian gluten free meal. It runs great so far. At this point I sometimes allready trained sometimes allready made music. I wish you all the best to go on with your journey.

    I usually make a "smothie" that consists of oatmeal, protein powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, 30g of peanut butter, frozen berries and 1 banana. I get the energy way quicker that way and I can go on an workout because I am short on time.

    My breakfast consists of 3 whole eggs, and porridge made with 60g of rice flakes, 60g of millet flakes, cinnamon, 3 squares of dark chocolate 100%, 1 spoon of seeds (flax + sesame), 1 spoon (25-30g) of honey, and 260ml of almond or coconut milk. All with green tea like there's no tomorrow (about 1.4 liter). The porridge tastes better if you prepare it the evening before.

    Personaly,I start with three boiled eggs,a french toast with cheese and turkey and a banana or apple after..shortly after a multivitamin.Never liked to mix oatmeal with whey though,usually a tablespoon of honey makes it for me.

    i workout in the morning so i need energy and my breakfast is 150g of pasta and 200ml of eggwhites, when i dont train i do intermittent fasting and i eat at 2pm

      @JGDA with that amount of calories i feel more energetic and the pump is insane... basically i do IF because i dont have appetite when i wake up in the morning but if i have to train then my body needs calories

    I wait until 10:30, to break my fast. I make a smoothie, two bananas, 1/2 cup of almond milk, one scoop of peanut butter powder and ice cubes. 20 seconds in the smoothie blender.

    Thanks for the video on your morning routine. Every morning I eat a slice of raw calf's liver, 4 raw eggs, a thick slice of uncured raw bacon, a cube of raw cheese, and cube of raw butter. I drink a glass of raw milk blended with one raw egg, a tbs of raw honey, and a cube of raw butter. I don't eat or drink any plant based foods, supplements, or drinks. Strictly carnivore. This is how I got rid of my tendonitis, bloating, insomnia, and I feel like a teenager once again.

    I've been having the same breakfast for the past 10yrs only thing I can't do is put protein inn with my oats instead I'll put a couple squares of dark chocolate 75% I take my protein shake with me on the way to work 💪
