1 scoop of protein powder = 30 grams, but it doesn't mean that 1 scoop of oats is 30 grams as well. It's just like saying that 1 cart of coal is as heavy as 1 cart of feathers. I use a kitchen scale and 1 full cup of oats is around 75 grams.
I never knew I eat similar breakfast as Lazar! Recipe: Oatmeal+hot water (as in video) then linien seeds, 2 bananas, orange, quark 200g + milk - mix in blender.

I can say I used to eat oaks very regular for many years at some point had to stop because my stomache got too full from it and I had steady pain. nevertheless according to the nutrional benefits and when you feel great about eating it go on with it. Personally I started intermediate fasting which helps me a lot to enjoy more fluid days this means I eat first around 12 most days. then I start the day with any vegetarian gluten free meal. It runs great so far. At this point I sometimes allready trained sometimes allready made music. I wish you all the best to go on with your journey.

All with green tea like there's no tomorrow (about 1.4 liter). The porridge tastes better if you prepare it the evening before.

Thanks for the video on your morning routine. Every morning I eat a slice of raw calf's liver, 4 raw eggs, a thick slice of uncured raw bacon, a cube of raw cheese, and cube of raw butter. I drink a glass of raw milk blended with one raw egg, a tbs of raw honey, and a cube of raw butter. I don't eat or drink any plant based foods, supplements, or drinks. Strictly carnivore. This is how I got rid of my tendonitis, bloating, insomnia, and I feel like a teenager once again.
