    I noticed you guys don't use knee wraps or sleeves. In your mind, what are the pros and cons of doing so? Any difference between wraps and sleeves? Thanks!

    Why was Terrence doing the Pendulum and not the Hack?

      He enjoyed mostly in that period, also cause he was doing Pendulum on that meso, so, for tracking progress that in prep Is crucial.

      Generally not, but it's has been shown that the myth of red and white muscle fibers is partially false because the muscle fibers are not separated from each other.
