Thank you, great job at explaining the much needed little details. Your voice is very calm and relaxing. I made a mitten much like yours with another pattern and the top ended up kind of crooked and the mitten was huge to fit a giant hand lol...I am not making a second one like that. When I make your pattern I will use size 3.75 needles and worsted 4 weight yarn. Once again thank you, love your videos.
Thank you so much for this tutorial! I've been having a bit of trouble with circular knitting since I'm not very used to it. This tutorial completely cleared things up! Again, thank you :)
Hi! I am not sure if it has a name but I learned it from my grandmother (born 1918) who learned it from her mother so I dare say it is both old and Norwegian =) =)
I’m very new to making mittens; how many rows am I suppose to make for the thumb gusset? Your increases ending up be 11 stitches but the rows in between the marker was a lot more then 11 rows; are some rows not an increase?
I’m making threes mittens on magic loop. Love your pattern
Thank you so much for this fantastic tutorial.
This is an excellent video, I’ve always love this type of mittens. My great grandmother knit these mittens. (She was a Norwegian immigrant)
