Hey Road Warrior - If you check out a comment from two months ago here from BIGCHUCH you'll see not all departments actually cover the cost of helmets. Crazy right? As for what size cheek pads come stock that would depend on the size of the helmet. If you provide a size we can tell you what cheek pads come stock and what your options are for adjustment.
Yes, this is a recent Shoei Neotec II - Graphic is called Separator TC-5. See here to shop www.speedaddicts.com/motorcycle/shoei-neotec-ii-separator-tc-5-helmet
Three shell sizes, not four. Good helmet, I bought one but there are a few issues with it. It’s not perfect. First, it’s heavy at 1.75kg. Next, the visor first opening position is too far open and it interferes with clear vision as the lower visor moulding and pin-lock edge are right in front of your lower vision ahead. They dropped the ball on that one. Also, the sun visor could be lower. Finally, the only integrated comms worth a damn is the sena srl mesh, NOT the srl or srl 2 which are fatally flawed and best avoided. The srl mesh uses almost identical chipset and programming as that used by the superb interphone UCom 16. Finally, the chin curtain interferes with the microphone and knocks the mic every time you close the chinbar. It’s infuriating. Other than that it’s a good lid but pricy for what you get. Competition is strong these days.
Hey Dan - Yes indeed! Helmet manufacturing is a labor intensive process. Composite helmets in particular require a huge amount of hands on work. Each Shoei helmet is touched by 65 sets of hands before it leaves the factory. If you're like the see the Shoei factory in action take a look at this video - ua-cam.com/video/Vo1s-OvvUUM/v-deo.html // Thanks for watching!

This is the best review of the neotec II on youtube!
Law enforcement wear them cause they get them paid for by the state, what are the standard size cheek pads that come with the helmet?
