We have tried this. Since we can't find fresh oreganos. We used oregano powder. Still the result is amazing. ANG SARAP! Tuwang tuwa ksmi dahil firstime namin gumawa ng home made pizza. Thanks for the recipe. ❤❤❤

Yung akin kasi before ginawa ko nag dikit dikit even though may harina naman sya sa pagitan like nga po na nabibili sa grocery.. and then trinay na pag hiwalay hiwalayin then nag result din po sya ng nag whiwhite ng buo buo then medyo maasim na.. ano pa kaya dapat gawin para mag tagal sa ref. Po? Btw. I followed your comment na icook po sya ng 10mins before ilagay sa ref. Para tumagal pero ganyan po nafing result.. paano po kaya the best way? Sana po mapansin..
Nilalagay ang dough dapat sa freezer para mag stop ang fermentation at naka cling wrap ang bawat dough kasi moist sa ref kahit lagyan ng harina, magbabasa yan at magdidikit sya. Pag binake mo na ang pizza dough, sa freezer pa rin ang storage nyan at naka cling wrap bawat dough. Covered talaga at hindi exposed. Hindi puedeng nagtatagal ang dough sa freezer kung di pa nabe bake. Mga 2 days lang yan dapat ay ibake na. Magkakaron ng maasim na lasa kasi umaalsa pa rin ng konti yan dahil sa yeast. Bake mo na until maluto and crust around 15.mins pero white dapat pa rin ang kulay. Saka store sa freezer.

@@ajtociga7567 puede namang walang italian seasoning. Meron nabibiling dried basil sa mga spices section ng sm groceries or puede din fresh basil sa mga vegetable section
Di ko alam sa tagalog Sis ang basil pero Herbs yan. Kung wala oregano leaves. Parehong nakakabili ng instant at dry active yeast sa palengke. Sa bilihan ng nga flour o pam bake

Baka umasim Sis dapat within the day lang kasi mataas ang yeast content, best way is to cook the dough for 10.mins before storing in the freezer to last for a month just like sa mga grocery stores.
Note Guys: Warm the water to 110⁰F to 130⁰F. Correction on the water temperature on the screen as I put celcius instead of farenheit. Thanks.

Sis pwede ba ilagay sa frizzer yung other half ng dough?? Gaano katagal sya na pwede istore lang dun?
I would suggest for you to bake the pizza dough for 10 mins and then store in the freezer just like the store bought ones.
@@MaiGoodness pag ibebake na po ba straight from the freezer or need idefrost muna? and how long po ang baking time with the toppings?
Puedeng derecho ng lagyan ng toppings and bake, mas matagal lang ng konti ibake. Mga 40 mins or until crunchy na yung edges
