- Discover Thailand's Pet-Friendly Condos with Simon, Miss Pim, and Coffee
Description:
Join Simon, Miss Pim, and the delightful Coffee as they explore one of Chiang Mai's rare pet-friendly condos at Twin Peaks Condominium. This engaging UA-cam video offers a unique walkthrough of a stylish and accessible property priced at just under $135,000 (4.999 million baht), covering an area of 65.9 square meters. Dive into this tour to see why this condo is a gem for pet owners, particularly those with dogs, as we highlight how the condo and its amenities cater to furry friends.
As we move through the well-appointed spaces, from the chic lobby to the practical and stylish living quarters, our special guest Coffee provides a fun and furry perspective on each feature. Discover the pet-friendly aspects of this building, including a welcoming restaurant and a spacious pool area that, while not open for pets to swim, offers a relaxing spot for owners and their animal companions.
The video also tackles the challenges and limited options available for pet owners seeking to rent or buy in Chiang Mai. Learn about the pet policies that are more accommodating to dogs and how cats, despite being less favored, still find a way to fit in. Simon and Miss Pim discuss the broader market implications of owning and renting as a pet owner, sharing insights into the scarcity of pet-friendly accommodations and the additional responsibilities pet owners face, such as covering any damages caused by their pets.
This property tour isn't just a showcase of a condo but also a deep dive into the lifestyle and considerations of living with pets in an urban setting. Whether you're a pet owner looking for a new home or just a real estate enthusiast curious about pet-friendly properties, this video promises a thorough overview of one of Chiang Mai's few pet-accommodating condos.

Who doesn't like a pet friendly condo!!! So awesome
Thanks Tammy!
Lovely flat ❤
Thank you for your positive comments on this pet friendly condo!
Thank you for all of this coverage and discussion about pet-friendly properties. This does appear to be our number one choice when we arrive with our cat, but finding a place....we can only keep our fingers crossed. Expected arrival - about 21st June...its getting closer.
Hi Debycoles, We knew you would like this video, and yes this building will accept pets but it also comes down to individual owners , if they will accept or not. So please understand it is not easy and we would say keep house rentals as an more viable option.
coffeeeeeeeeeee
Goes well with the Cat CREAM!!!
I LOVE THIS VIDEO! The dog is also very cute, thank you for this condo tour
You are so kind
Thanks so much!
You’re very welcome! 😊
Another great video, keep them coming
Thanks, will do!
I really liked that condo, great location as well :)
It is a great condo and very popular, thank you for your support as always!
Coffeeee!
Where is CREAM?
Most dogs live on the street and thai people seem ok with that
There are many street dogs in certain locations but not really around the town. But there are many Thai's that treat their dogs amazingly.!
I can understand why people don’t want to rent property to people with pets and as you have said it’s very difficult, what is it like trying to find a pet friendly home to buy.
If you are taking about condos, this is still not easy as there are only limited buildings that accept them. If you are talking about houses then there are very few restrictions that are enforceable in the villages. So it is easy.
CAN you BREATH in Chiang Mai at the moment I hear it's still very bad air.
Hi there, this year has not been too bad, we are just hoping for rain as it is very hot at this time. But I will take the heat over a freezing winter any day!
I'm looking for a condo for me and my 2 indoor cats
May I ask if you are looking to rent or to buy?
@@perfecthomeschiangmai rent. I was adopted from Thailand by Swedish parents and I grew up in Sweden, however the current situation in Europe and the rest of the world is scary
More overpriced properties.
Great comment! Many thanks for your thoughts on the price. What would say the price for this property is and what would you compare it too?
