    Failure is a part of training your body. You see, we are born to become successful in life both physically and mentally like we're the chosen ones on earth who's willing to take on a challenge as a goal to improve ourselves and to motivate others to do the same. And without those challenges and the effort and the strength to push ourselves to the limit, then we gave up on everything that we trained for from the very beginning. I love pushing my body to the limit when I train because it shows that no matter what rep or set that I wanna do, I would always go to failure, just to see how my body is growing. Practice is a part of failure as well. But if you're fully committed to working on your craft, then you keep on practicing until you got it down pat. So, if you're willing to push yourself to the limit on your daily grind, then don't be afraid to fail. Because sooner or later, you're gonna bounce back and you gonna keep on training yourself to be the best that you can be in life.

    Hi Sarah! Thank for your video. You are at your best for 23yrs old in your way of thinking which means for morons who do not understand she is wise for her age and is a critical thinker in what she accomplishes. Sarah is not letting her life go by. Which I should have done that or this when I was younger. Lastly in this century 2018, sports medicine physical therapy is so up to par and beyond where her body or anyone else won't pay later in life. Excellent job Sarah in inspiring others. The sexual harassment comments are proof these comments can't think out of the box meaning???

      She's doing crossfit, in crossfit world butterfly pull ups are allowed. It's a matter of being fast without losing too much energy so that u can keep on going in the wod with other exercises that are harder to perform. Not saying it's nice, I also prefer the real pull ups (been doing them for a lifetime) but if u want to win u gotta be faster so.....

    • @AspireWu
      @AspireWu 6 років тому

      @@tomcat1517 I've seen a lot of people get misled with them as actual pull ups and it bugs me. Good to know that it's something they actually do.

    • @tomcat1517
      @tomcat1517 6 років тому

      @@AspireWu U know, CrossFit gets misled very much. But I can tell u, even if u see crossfitters performing exercises in a certain way ("the CrossFit way"), u won't doubt that many of them (the professional ones above all) know a lot about good form and technique. In fact, we focus on the right technique very much, calistenichs, and focus also on handling heavy weights in wods that are often tougher than the actual competitions. It's the only way to get faster and more durable without forgetting what "real" strenght is.

      @@mollymcwilliams3325 I hear yah. I don't do Crossfit myself but I watched the 2018 Crossfit games last year and the athletes are incredible. I follow the sport now they're really motivating. Same, I do lift weights, do cardio / HIIT etc but I don't see myself going to that level of training but I'll use them for motivation. I have tried starting Olympic lifts though mainly just snatches/cleans.
