Falling in love with the process of getting better. Loving the daily grind that it takes. Explains her body its not work to her more so than she just enjoys it♥
Definitely the physique I'm goin for. Shes awesome! My mother competed in Bikini when she was my age. So she has been helping me with my weightlifiting. Making progress🤙🏾
I remember her from the gym I go to,Gold's Gym in Fredericksburg VA. She is crazy strong for her size and very impressive athlete. It's awesome to see her on here, she definitely deserves it.
Failure is a part of training your body. You see, we are born to become successful in life both physically and mentally like we're the chosen ones on earth who's willing to take on a challenge as a goal to improve ourselves and to motivate others to do the same. And without those challenges and the effort and the strength to push ourselves to the limit, then we gave up on everything that we trained for from the very beginning. I love pushing my body to the limit when I train because it shows that no matter what rep or set that I wanna do, I would always go to failure, just to see how my body is growing. Practice is a part of failure as well. But if you're fully committed to working on your craft, then you keep on practicing until you got it down pat. So, if you're willing to push yourself to the limit on your daily grind, then don't be afraid to fail. Because sooner or later, you're gonna bounce back and you gonna keep on training yourself to be the best that you can be in life.
Hi Sarah! Thank for your video. You are at your best for 23yrs old in your way of thinking which means for morons who do not understand she is wise for her age and is a critical thinker in what she accomplishes. Sarah is not letting her life go by. Which I should have done that or this when I was younger. Lastly in this century 2018, sports medicine physical therapy is so up to par and beyond where her body or anyone else won't pay later in life. Excellent job Sarah in inspiring others. The sexual harassment comments are proof these comments can't think out of the box meaning???
She's doing crossfit, in crossfit world butterfly pull ups are allowed. It's a matter of being fast without losing too much energy so that u can keep on going in the wod with other exercises that are harder to perform. Not saying it's nice, I also prefer the real pull ups (been doing them for a lifetime) but if u want to win u gotta be faster so.....
@@AspireWu U know, CrossFit gets misled very much. But I can tell u, even if u see crossfitters performing exercises in a certain way ("the CrossFit way"), u won't doubt that many of them (the professional ones above all) know a lot about good form and technique. In fact, we focus on the right technique very much, calistenichs, and focus also on handling heavy weights in wods that are often tougher than the actual competitions. It's the only way to get faster and more durable without forgetting what "real" strenght is.
How do you take training to the next level? I lift weights and do sprints and stuff but I want to learn the hand stands and obstacle type stuff . Anyone have any tips ?
@@mollymcwilliams3325 I hear yah. I don't do Crossfit myself but I watched the 2018 Crossfit games last year and the athletes are incredible. I follow the sport now they're really motivating. Same, I do lift weights, do cardio / HIIT etc but I don't see myself going to that level of training but I'll use them for motivation. I have tried starting Olympic lifts though mainly just snatches/cleans.
Paul Blythin: this is a matter of proportions! And no, it is not because you are light that you can pull yourself up! I am quite thin and I started bodybuilding last year and I still can't do a single pull up or push up, and yet I work hard
@@sacroustilleuh yeah I know it's not all about weight but it plays q huge part in doing pull ups. I suggest you try doing chin ups first or neutral grip your arms will assist you untill you are stronger. Strong abs forearms and grip strength play a huge role in doing them too. Also doing that one excersise more often will help with assisted negatives too
So, I did research the Spartan race events. Every one can do it, I witnessed seeing men and women around 30 or younger, physically challenging, and endurance. I do not understand HOW, you Sarah, can be paid for competing in these races?? Oh! I understand how you get paid! You have a pretty face and body, maybe it's the clothing line you wear and other accessories that sponsor you. Right. You're so special, Not! Come see me in 20 years and tell me how you earn a living then. I wish you well.
Joel Mosier Your ignorance and jealousy is disgusting. Elite obstacle course racers get paid all the time. World’s Toughest Mudder, Spartan. Dude, stfu.
Silence is golden. In time you may understand who I am, my discoveries have been dismissed by everyone on this planet. I will outlive you and never age. I wish you well. Joel Mosier/J.TERRAN

You are very fast and you are very powerful .I like you.
That anterior pelvic tilt though. Gotta fix that posture, it would dramatically change how her upper and lower muscles would work together.

Well done Sarah , you are looking fit as a fiddle 😀👍

Easy to do all that she is doing when you are light as a feather. I bet someone with no gym experience could do it if they were that slim
