I haven’t eaten this in ages, I can remember being in middle school I loved cucumber and seaweed and I would take something like this to school quite a lot, except I made it different, it’s nice to eat this again with all the sweet memories

Can i use kelp instead of seaweed?

Kelp can be rly tough so I recommend to soak these overnight and thinly slice them to be sure! ◡̈

grain flavored!!~distilled vinegar!!! is not! rice vinegar! in Japan this stuff is suitable for export only!!
