What's For Dinner🍽?! This Delivery #2, Dinner #1. It is Thai-Style Peanut Noodles With Shrimp, Charred Sugar Snap Peas, & Onions. The portions were hearty and it was easy to make with little prep time. I think there should have been more peanuts, and I only used half the spicy sauce, but My Guy added the rest to his bowl, so it was all good.

If I left out the snap peas (better 1/2 likes- they look like snow peas not sure the difference) and the mushrooms and soy sauce I'm in.😅

It’s looks yummy, but my hubby does not like shrimp, so I would skip that for him. I think it looks good.
