Eruption Cover - Eddie Van Halen

I recorded this video on my phone for Eddie Van Halen's birthday (Jan 26) this year as a Facebook video and decided I should post it to my UA-cam Channel also as a tribute, since he played a really big part in my journey as a musician.
Recently I was reflecting back to when I was a young teenager starting my musical journey and thinking about all the major influences that really shaped and MOTIVATED me. This guy was an ‘Eruption’ for me.
I learned from this guy not just guitar, but the importance of performing with ENERGY, enthusiasm, and presence which fully applies to singing too!!
As a birthdate tribute to his influence, I thought I’d not only attempt to play this piece on video (complete with mistakes), but also play it on the exact SAME guitar I first learned to play it on when I was a teenager- my 1986 Kramer.
I still remember buying this when I was about 15 years and I bought this Kramer because Eddie played a Kramer.
Anyway, it's not perfect but hope you get a little something out of it.
