Maaaan. I like this routine! What a way to get yoked super quick. I like your fundamentals in the style you use. I remember back when I was young and clanging weights in the gym room daily I used some of the styles in lifting weights that you use. It works!! Back in the mid 80's we called the set's, BURNOUTS.
When I do hammer curls I hold the opposite arm in contraction while the working arm is in motion ! The pause of the arm at the top of contraction while the other arm is in motion is a killer ! Time under tension is maximized !
Always dope music in background. I did this workout last night. Couldn’t lift my arms afterwards. Driving home was a struggle. My biceps never really get sore. I know now I wasn’t doing enough. Thx guys for this awesome workout. Can’t wait to do it again.

Using a much lighter weight
There was a time I used to combine chin ups with dumbbell curls for biceps. It was crazy super setting. It helped me gain tremendously.
