I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!
This video is so slick and professionally done. Love it. You are on another level bro. Best part for me is there is no talk. Just straight to the point. I am a busy person and often find it frustrating when you get all the unnecessary explanations about stuff. I can turn this on and get straight to it and not have to touch the video.

This is great. I like the timer letting me know when each exercise ends and begins so I don’t need to look at the screen. I can see a difference! Do you have a beginners video for arms? I found the one for quads which is also great.👍
There's no really diet for any age you know how many fruits there are? You gotta like atleast one of them don't eat much junk/fast food and as I said replace candy with fruits make a smoothie that's healthy alot if youtube videos on them and try to eat chicken, fish and meat with vegetables read everything you buy how much calories protein and carbs
Hello Mr simeon...Good job you are doing here, i love your page and your biggest subscriber.... Please i have a question, how do you relax your muscles .... ? I really worked myself out during last week (i was really enjoying it).. I have a workout plan that involves hitting those muscles 4times a week, while i rest and watch your videos and other videos to stay motivated and just relax my muscles... But i broke my own chain last week and worked my self off the rest days.. Now i want to work out but my muscles really hurt, little bit kind of sore... I know i am at fault but please what do i do to get back to hitting those muscles without any soreness
