Yesterday I was able to perform all of these exercises and it was the best back workout I’ve done. My back felt huge and wide. What I love most is that these were all done on one machine!
3 years on and this workout is still effective. Just did this today and I felt every bit of pain on each workout which is perfect 👍🏾 cut above the rest

These work great. Any muscle put under pressure will adapt and grow. The muscle doesn't see the weight or know if it's rope or free weights it merely reacts to failure. IT GROWS. Great video
Great vid, i been lookin for some different back exercises. I found myself having to go real light/high rep on many of these but def hitting my back way differently. Keep it coming with more of these.

Did the standing rope low cable row. Next day really felt it in my lats. Finally. Amazing channel for if other exercises become to boring and wanna mix it up a bit or for some exercises that are just not the best for you. Cheers mate

@@godzillahn obvious, the point is that those are the best ones, better than all of the exercises of this video, u can develop a big back with just rows, deadlifts, pull ups and chin ups

Did you do all 10? I train my shoulders on back day, therefore I think these 10 are too much, was figuring out which to pick.

You can. Just choose a cable row machine like he did and stick to it till the end.
Don't worry about what other people say or think. Just take the machine, and finish your work out.
Go early morning, or late in the evenings before closing.
