Lovin the look of the new shop. Cant wait to see the next update vid for the side walls n addin all the details back in. Im workin on a leaf sprung project. Buildin it piece by piece lol n all from watchin your vids. Thank u for all the great vids n info, very inspirational
I'm so glad someone addressed the issue with the rear shackles binding up. I personally went to stiffer springs in the stock 90mm rears before doing the #35 offset link mod with 100mm shocks. Havent had an issue since. Next mod will be swapping the shackles and hangers in the front as I'm already running 90mm shocks up front. Man do I love tf2s, personal preference over all else lol also new shops looking stellar bud ❤🤘
Looks awesome. But with the rust I know I'm a little weary about it but maybe make it look like some of the rust is starting to show through. But looks really good. Keep up the good work
Depends on what your meaning by performance. Mods like I show in this video help it as a crawler. Adjusting how many leaf springs or in many cases just breaking in the stock leafs really bring the truck to life. Its just not geared for alot of speed. Rear steer on a tf2 could be done buy installing a front axle in the rear, you would really only have to make a servo mount out back and run dual servos I suppose.
This is the kit I started with, i dont use the primer or the permacoa though. www.amazon.com/Modern-Masters-Metal-Effects-Activator/dp/B00NKND7J0/ref=asc_df_B00NKND7J0/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=216767879473&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3688836356875589571&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9027324&hvtargid=pla-396537648852&psc=1
Man it's an awesome truck awesome video I'm a big fan of your channel. I have a small channel nothing fancy. But I have a TF2 short wheelbase chassie that I am dying to find a body for That I could afford. I No you have so many do you have any beat up laying around that you could spare cheap.

What do you suggest the best price efficient performance mods are for a bone stock trail finder 2 ? And how would I add rear wheel steering ?
