totally lost me on the last part of the second bass riff after the 5-3-5-5-6-7 on the E string, what are the last frets on the A and D string???

The song is 4 beats per chord. Brackets indicate a measure of 4 beats but will include multiple chords. The verse chords, C#m7 to F9, are correct. The next chords are incorrect. The next part is Abm7 [Bbm7 Ebm7] 4X then Dmaj7 [Dbm7 F#m7] 4X then a transition chord of Ab/Bb for two measures.

[ C D ] means two beats per chord for 4 beats measure
[ C D E F ] means one beat per chord for 4 beat measure
