To give an understanding of how dominant Jeff Green's 2000 Busch Series Championship was, he had the title clinched with 2 races to go. (3 by way of starting all of the final 3 races of the year after winning the Sam's Club 200 in Rockingham) It really is hard to believe he never won a NASCAR Cup Series race.
The scuttlebutt was that Jeff Green was difficult to work with. If you look at his later starts though, especially driving for underfunded teams, he was almost 100% money at getting your car in the race. That's how he managed to stay around so long...he was a coveted "hired gun" for the shoestring operations.

Everyone forgets how much of a successful Busch Series he was, he even won a championship in 2000 but people forget about that. Pain
No doubt, and the competition in that series was very stout during that era
@@zacharyleffler and he deserves that credit
These videos are much more creative and in depth then the other repetitive Nascar videos on UA-cam.
Keep it up man, really enjoy these videos
Thank you, glad you are enjoying them!
This is a great series. Deserves a lot more love. Keep it up
Thank you!
Awesome idea, hoping David Gilliland’s battle with Jeff Gordon at Sonoma gets a video. That was one of my all time favorite races
Good call, I will add that one to the list.

When you think of the #30 car during its time with Richard Childress Racing, Jeff Green is the only one that comes to mind. A great looking car.
The Daffy Duck AOL cars were awesome
Agreed
