HI ! cooler Sound !! Hi ... cool sound! My Suzuki Jimny FJ has almost similar sound ... I have sports exhaust from Fox, sports filter K&N and snorkel (it draws a lot of air in ...) My next project will be a 1.3 GTi Shift Motor ... Greetings from Germany .. Subscribed :)
I wanted to get a shorty header that was a tri-y but they were sold out indefinitely... The old manifold was full of cracks and the flange bolts were completely rusted and I couldn't get them off.
What oil filter is that I see on the engine ? I have a 1996 Tracker 1.6L 16 valve and researched the oil filter crossover and found that the K&N HP-3001 fits and gives you about a half quart more oil capacity.
@@DangerDave95 if you want a little more oil capacity you can use a FL-1A Motocraft , that is what crosses over to a K&N HP 3001. They both have anti drain back valves but since the filter is mounted on a downward angle you really don’t need it. With the bigger filter I’m able to put a full 5 quarts of oil in it. It calls for 4.4 quarts and on my dipstick with the bigger filter 5 quarts is just over the full mark. On all my vehicles I like to use as much oil as safe to do because the oil is part of the cooling system so I usually fill the crankcase to about 1/8” above the full mark. Most engines can be over filled a quart of oil and you only get in trouble if you put two or three quarts over the recommended amount.
HELLO, HOW ARE YOU, YOUNG MAN, YOUR ZUZUKI IS VERY NICE, I HAVE ONE AND WE ARE MOUNTING THAT SAME ENGINE, I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD TELL ME WHERE YOU BUY THE RADIATOR FAN, THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE
Love the build and the sound of that exhaust. Could you do a listing of what modifications and parts that was used for this swap please.

love the build! where did you get all of those blue silicon pipes?
3 Jesus handles - nice
The wife likes to use them all when I drive lol
You're better off with the tri-y header, they're the best way to extract as much torque/hp on small displacement motors.

Danger Dave please provide us the link where you bought it from . Thanks
I just subscribe buddy

Hey, would you be able to share the link for the headers ? Please.
What exhaust are you running on that thing? It sounds wicked! I need to replace my headers it's cracked really bad, I got a Sammy similar to yours
Long tube header to 2.5 pipe and a single chamber muffler.
Hi where did you get the headers from

I use motorcraft FL-400S. Good cheap filters. Has the anti drain back valve.

It’s a bit pricey but look up Suzuki samurai flex-a-lite fan. Fits perfectly
What engine you use it
