What are you looking for there? Self energy? What if she didn't express feeling pride? Would you then assess for other signs of self energy and have her send it to the parts in her system? @@DiuQuy thank you so much!! Yes checking with her heart was my impromptu way of checking for self energy but also generating self energy. I like to visualize the chakras during sessions like this. Yes if she didn’t demonstrate self energy then I would always refocus us on generating more self energy in order to proceed! Hope this helps
