Ex Supra owner here, the VR4 is one of my fav cars, I also owned a 97 Mitsubushi FTO gpvr that was a 2.0 V6 MIVEC that you guys in the states never got, equavilant to a Honda itr... such under rated and awsome cars!

Watching your video makes me rage slightly less when messing with my GSX restoration lol. Car was basically a shell with a trans/tcase. Had to get a gst to yank the engine and some other stuff from. This whole project is suck and I keep second guessing myself on if I want to keep going or cut my losses. But then your videos bring me back and give me inspiration to keep going.

The VR-4 is the big daddy of the DSM world. It use to get shit on all the time back in my day because it was heavy, but that's because they couldn't afford one and had never driven one and realized just how damn quick and comfortable they are. It's a grand touring car for a reason, not a matchbox car.

Vermont plates on your 3vo? Curious is that just to get around CA bs road regulations? I live in NY and have utilized Vermont dmv as a way to get dirt bikes (supermoto) conversions on the streets here.

Damn I just finally got my car working and register last weekend 😭 it’s a stock 3000gt sl that was sitting for 8 years as the head gasket was blown and the old owner couldnt get the car running when he changed the head gaskets

The e85 cold start is all in the tune. I start my evo on cold mornings and it starts no problem.

Try getting up early to do a car show I mean a real car show at a stadium, where you will be there too early, all day and into the evening dusting your car is off. However the lovely models are around to talk to and sit in your car for photos.
