Texas seems to be one of the best places for the car community rn, Cali has super strict laws regarding cars from what I've seen.

Well my Evo has been great to me in comparison to the dsm. Although the eclipse does have a Frankenstein of a motor and drivetrain from different cars lol
I wouldn't say calling your car a unreliable DSM is fair lol Or saying DSMs are unreliable when your car is a Frankenstein build with an Evo 4g63 lol DSMs are reliable. Aka GST/GSX. Even 420as. 420as become unreliable when you want to get the power of a stock GST/GSX on a budget cutting corners. Same with GST/GSX. If you buy cheap you'll get cheap results. If you build it and mod it right...itll be reliable.

I have a couple of questions about your evo swap. Where can I get in contact with you?
Did you look through the videos I made on how to do it? That should answer most of your questions bro
@@MiguelDsm I did, I watched episode 21 like 10 times. I'm having fitting issues on the transmission side. Did you cut the front subframe to make the transmission fit or did you modify the motor mount?
No modification besides the trans mount being moved up around 6”. Subframe is cut to fit the transfer case. Make sure you turn the motor mount upside down
@@MiguelDsm I did turn the motor mount upside down but still did not move the motor forward enough to not have the transmission hit the subframe.
Your motor is obviously straight and level correct? Because if I move the transmission forward or up so it clears the subframe then the motor seats crooked or not level
