    The challenge? Move your body by doing a 5-15 minute Barre workout everyday for 31 days. Build strength, tone and sculpt your arms, abs, legs and booty with little to no equipment and finish strong wit a full-body 50 min. workout on the final day.

    It’s Day 31 - CONGRATULATIONS on completing our Barre Fitness Workout Challenge! Your reward? A full 50 min total body Barre workout with Ella. In this full Barre class, Ella will take you through a warm up, weight work with dumbbells for your upper body, then you’ll move to the barre for lower body work, take it to the mat for abs and booty work and finish with an invigorating stretch.     I just want to sincerely thank you for this beautiful content.
    I have been doing this challenge with two of my closest friends for the past 31 days together. It has helped me in so many ways inhabit my body more gracefully.
