FFC mode gives you much better range than Europes CE mode, FCC is the wifi signal strength in the USA , far superior to Europes CE mode which cuts the signal range significantly ;-)

You have to do a handstand. Then the tricky bit is having the Controller the right way round, and your range should triple!! There's even less interference (= better range) if you are wearing ballet shoes while doing this. 👍 let us know how you get on.

@@ravibhadaniya indeed I discovered that too. I already asked Parrot about this. They left the curves out on purpose in the EU mode. They said that it is confusing for people. I don't agree. It's very useful when you fly in manual wifi. On the other hand in Europe we only have 2.4 GHz available and I believe one 5GHz channel.

Mauro Defendi non puoi falsificare la posizione gps di un iPhone (a meno di jailbreak) le app “fake gps” su App Store in linea generale servono solo per fare finte foto geolocalizzate o screenshot di mappe con la posizione falsificata... (niente a che vedere con simulare la posizione a livello sistema operativo)

Il fatto è che con questa procedura non hai riscontri, se non il test di volo. Mentre modificando il GPS (io lo faccio con Xcode) magicamente mi si attiva anche la frequenza dei 5.8. Confermi che con questo metodo la 5.8 non compare?

Mi riferivo che per sapere se è in FCC o CE, dopo aver testato la tua configurazione, nella sezione sicurezza di freeflight 6, in CE ti consente solo di configurare, (anche se non è realmente raggiungibile), fino a 2 km e in FCC questo parametro dovrebbe cambiare e lasciare salire a 4km (anche se non li raggiunge affatto), il che è ciò che promette la pubblicità nel box anafi. Non ho superato i 600 metri al momento in CE, ma testerò a breve la configurazione FCC, naturalmente. Mille grazie ...
Juan Cortada nelle impostazioni del geofence massimo puoi comunque impostare “solo” 2km anche in FCC, se vuoi andare oltre devi disabilitare il geofence
For Android, from the dev forum, haven't tried close FF6 (and all others applications) get the phone in Airplane mode turn off Localization (both GPS and WIFI) set default Android language English US open RC connect the phone with RC by USB cable open FF6 (if not automatically when USB pluged in) turn on ANAFI and wait fo connection set/change WIFI channel to 5G manually turn on back Localization in Android Settings

Denis Malyavin Yes I did it and with fake gps, it works really well. The only problem is that in the distance there are registered ~ 8500 kilometers. And it's a shame because I can not see how far I go
@@marcofilancia9634 you have to turn off the fakegps after you connect to the drone and wait for the controller to get the normal GPS signal, the network setting should stay through the flight

Michele Vagnetti well i tried your way - getting the questionmark in the distance field - then activating the locations stuff again - getting feet an miles for distance and meters for heights. I didn’t try to go as far as you did because of my environment here bit it was far out of sight until i got a sudden interruption of contact. safe return home worked flawless. so for me it works like you described!!

solaris8x86 8 steps .. connect the iPhone to the skycontroller... always do it anyway ... turn on the anafi.. you always do it anyway .... close the apps... it you look well all come to put the iPhone in USA region (once and leave it if you don’t mind) then only turn off and on the location service... 2 steps...
@@Guide504 Agreed. In addition to my Anafi, I have a DJI Mavic 2 Pro and an Inspire 2. For video and stills editing I use Mac & PC. Each and all have specific uses and benefits, but individually, cannot perform every requirement, much in the same was a sports car will go faster and handle better than a van, but then when you want to move half a ton of goods, the van has it.

With the drone in FCC you will got minimum the double of range, check my range test on UA-cam, the problem is that this method no more work...

That is interesting. I will test this on Android and compare the number of channels as confirmation the mode switched between EU -> FCC mode. 😎😉
In fcc mode you will see curves in network tab and in ce mode there is no curves. Thats it

per sapere se è in FCC nella configurazione della massima distanza dovrebbe lasciare più di 2km, in CE lascia solo 2Km. Dovrebbe essere così?

Bebop 2 can be set to United States in Freeflight Pro wifi settings. It is much easier.
