    What’s a good multivitamin that includes all those you’ve spoken about in this video? I don’t think I could get my 13 year old to take all of these at once. Thanks!😊

    Heard vitamin c and citric acid kills the effects of stimulant medications

    • @jessicalinneaa
      @jessicalinneaa 2 роки тому +4

      If you take the vitamin c at the same time as the stimulants they break down faster so it’s not recommended. However, if you take the vitamin c at least an hour or more after the stimulants it’s okay. I usually take my vitamin c at night so they don’t interfere with each other.

    When going to the store, I find it hard to look through the kids vitamons to find ones with all the grate things that a kid with ADHD needs in a daily vitamin. ( more so difficult when my son is with me) there are so many difrent kids vitamins out there. I get so lost and confused. What kids vitamin do you recommend that has the support a ADHD child needs in there daily vitamin to incorporate into their daily routine.

      You should lower cortisol by using adaptations then you'll be able to quit addictive habits which can mess up your dopamine then you'll take good choline source. you can avoid all this and just use bacopa its amazing man it lowers cortisol and increase your acetylcholine levels

      I personally cycle bacopa with ashwagandha i take ashwagandha for nearly 2 months then i switch to bacopa while i take ashwagandha i take choline source with it ofc you can always take choline from natural source like egg yoks but make sure you dont over cook it just half cooking
