Excellent video! I'm so glad you adress the gut situation !!!!! An additional challenge for women is the hormones fluctuations. Keeping up with it can be very hard, and the symptoms tend to get way worse the last few days of the cycle. Sometimes the solution to a better focus is not stimulant but relaxants ! I know many people who'd start their day with chamomilla infusion or pregabalin because the cortisol peak in the morning causes a systematic anxiety attack.
Thank you for all that you do for us.
How many people that have ADHD also have a thyroid issue? My sense is that most if not all.
And how can I know for sure that I have thyroid issue?
@@Richie131hun get tested "full thyroid panel" check symptoms online
@@Richie131hunwhen I was 17 I saw a recipe in Woman’s Day magazine called thyroid cookies. I don’t remember the full recipe but a big ingredient was Grape nuts cereal. I felt a boost of energy for several days however it did not last. But it told me even at 17 yrs your thyroid can be burdened.
No, I don't.
why did you mention 40 & over for memory loss?
I thought short-term memory loss was a symptom of ADHD regardless of age (I've had this short-term memory issue since I was a kid... of course back then they always dismissed it like it was my fault i had that problem and that i was faking it)
And put you in the corner, or out in the hall
thanks
❤❤❤❤ Thanks for the advice. What about keto diets?
Can you please make a video for small children with ADHD as well and supplement that can help them . Thank you really like your videos
Any suggestions for small children?
Have you tried any of the racetams or Noopept to help with ADHD?
This fake guru never responds
great vid! I do have a question, in terms of food.....are there certain fruits that can help replace the supplements or help make up for them so that I don't have to take them anymore?
Where can you get these neurotransmitter imbalance tests?Does anybody know?
I do these tests for my clients when working with them. If you are interested the best thing to do is book your first consultation with one of my health experts so we have chance to deep dive in your medical history to determine what would be the best testing to do and what action plan to put together for you. At one time Prozac and Paxil helped my depression then I stopped seeing benefits and I just quit medications and pharmaceuticals. Can anyone inform me of why they worked temporarily?
Maybe it had to do with inconsistency of taking them at the same time which happens a lot after taking it for awhile or it could be you had a low or high dose and the other is ssri medication can deplete certain vitamins in body such as b vitamins magnesium not to mention increases appetite which increases more unhealthy choice and then it’s a vicious cycle from there but there’s many factors why medication stops working listen to your gut the body never lies maybe try exercising more at the end of the day that’s a natural antidepressant go slow and medication is not for everyone doctors aren’t always right you know yourself more try taking l tyrosine and 5 htp as natures antidepressants and foods that contain these amino acids like tryptophan and dopamine and for a natural Xanax try lithium orotate or l theanine which both work on gaba hope this helps you got this 👍
@@thebeginning2595 Thanks a lot I appreciate it👍
Not mentioning exercise was weird to me.
Ummm… but he did mention exercise.
@@TheBitPunch Yeh was very briefly and no emphasis on it compared to the rest, afaik (and have experienced myself) it's huge, perhaps more than any other single component of combating ADHD. But you're right, it was mentioned, I noticed it my 2nd viewing.
I wonder if exercise was down played because it may be a secondary stage. My takeaway is that exercise is part of that overall naturally healthy lifestyle many of us ADHD''ers (especially us older/ late diagnosed ones) need. I feel that the supplements are to boost and help your body get to the point where you can do the healthier lifestyle. Certainly, if I am any example of an older Adhd'er, we need to retrain ourselves out of our bad habits. In order to do that, we need some relief of ADHD symptoms so we can work on being healthy. Somewhat similar to needing antidepressants so you can do the CBT.
This is a long list. I’d need to find somebody to get more specific on this, I think.
Carnivore diet ( or Paul Saladinos animal based diet ) much easier and cheaper than a whole lot of supplements . It will change your life ( and cut out margarine / seed oils )
U LOOK LIKE JESSE PINKAMAN IN THAT THUMBNAIL@@@@!!!!!! (AARON PAUL)
I can't see it
What's ay deetch dee? 🤔
Trt cured my adhd lol
What's that?
@@royaltyhotness testosterone replacement therapy. Testosterone is dopaminergic.
Carnivore diet, vitamin B complex for sure.
i hear ya it can help however it can make some issues worse (compared to simply low carb keto) some glucose in the diet may be helpful. the body can make glucose from fat or protein however it bumps up cortisol to do so. long term ultra low carb can become a chronic stress and also accelerate aging. I do 2 months a year carnivore and the rest of the year a low carb paleo diet with carbs slightly higher than ketogenic levels. some neurotransmitters are comprised or at least made with glucose. Carnivore also has no soluble fiber and without soluble fiber in the diet you will also have less to feed your gut microbiome so could produce less neurotransmitters in the gut. also friendly bacteria in the gut digest soluble fiber and produce butyrate (a short chain fatty acid) in the gut and that also encourages ketone production. (could add a zero carb soluble fiber like Inulin to carnivore if you are doing it long term to upregulate neurotransmitter production)
B complex already exists in meat. Also supplemented it feeds Candida. Same with iron and vitamin D.
Get fucked with your carnvore diet.
