    Absolutely incredible. I'm very burnt out from trying too hard but getting nowhere,this was so perfect. Challenging but not intimidating,lovely music and setting(will prevent the boredom factor after multiple views)I feel wonderful,worked but not exhausted,energised for my day. And like I've achieved without stress. Love love love x

    Just had an elbow surgery this week so this workout was great to do with just one arm 😆 I absolutely love pilates! Thank you Buswellness for another amazing workout and I hope you have a wonderfull day 💜

    This was the best thing I've ever done before starting work. Usually I would be watching vlogs but I felt so much better for doing this instead. I really love all of the workouts so far and can't wait to see what comes next. Hope you have an amazing day Dianne

    I am loving these work outs Dianne ! I will be doing this one on a later date because I am already out today. I am really missing seeing you and the rest of the pros outside of my dance academy (royal Academy Of dance)

    I love Pilates!!! Going to do it later as I’m currently sat at the pool at my holiday in Greece but definitely going to do it when I go back to the room ! I started the day with one of your yoga workouts so will end the day with this ❤️❤️

    I love your workouts, but I find this contradicts everything my physio/pilates instructor said about pilates being good for my back and I should do more as she told me that no one should ever lift both legs off the floor while lying down at the same time because it causes back problems, is this perhaps a different branch of pilates? Or have you just made the workout up?
