Thanks again for another excellent review! That machine looks great. Too bad Gemleco does not recognize the need for adjustment ability and just do it. Their strength curve engineering in most other areas seems to be better than a lot of brands.
Excellent video and machine. Great find! Do you have a favorite website to find all this fantastic equipment? I'll use the same as I am starting my own home gym. I especially want to find MedX Avenger and plate-loaded machines.
Don’t you think this would be far better if it could track both back and a bit out? Like just put the whole seat and support and assembly on a pivot that can pivot 5-15 degrees relative to the foot bar? And yeah fix the adjustability, that is just silly on such a premium brand
Hey boss, do you think this machine would help stretch and strengthen your hip flexors as well? I have an anterior pelvic tilt and I'm doing for a machine that can help me with that. Thanks so much
@@dominationnation11 Thanks for the insights! Would this be a good substitute for the Nautilus Hip Extension (which is impossible to find)? Because thats ultimately what I want to strengthen - my hips. I already have a Panatta Add/Abd and Panatta Lying Leg Curl/Seated Leg Curl but I need something for full hip extension as my hips are very tight/weak.

Great video. I just added this to my order tonight just because of this review.
Nice! Let me know what you think.
You ordered straight from gymleco? Where do you find your machines at?
Thanks for the great review! Glad you like it!

Many of their pieces look great. Unfortunately, their pendulum didn’t do it for me.
would,nt the nautilus duo hip and back and lower back machines with the cams do a better job?
I've just ordered the selectorized version of that machine. Maybe I have to change to the plate loaded version because of the better strength curve 🤔
I would personally much rather have the plate loaded. Wt stack will be too light and the linkage makes this machine much better.
I have just written a dm on insta 💪

hip flexion machine would help most with that. Most undertrained movement for most people. I have a streamline model for sale.
how does it feel on the lower back? does it allow the hips to stay still and stabilize enough the lower back doesn't curve ?
I like this better than most kickbacks (which have you in prone position instead of upright) no low back pain as opposed to others.
How does this compare to the Dynavec Gluteator?
completely different movement. Gluteator hits upper outer glute This machine is more versatile imo
