Hey Alex! I have a question for you. Winter is coming here in the south, what do you recommend for trainting in cold weather and how do you prevent flu and sickness? I watched your Instagram stories running in the snow at night and always wondered how didnt you ever catch a cold!
It's a common misconception to think that catching a cold or a flu is caused by cold, it's not. It can destabilise your immune system on very cold weathers but if you move and keep warm it's a really good exercise. I've lost over 30 pound in less than a month by doing cardio outside in december and january in Canada. Never caught a cold.
0:53 i know nothing admittedly about these workouts but your legs look like they are bouncing and knees locking at full extension of the leg press exercise which seems to me something that should not happen? Shouldn't knees stay slightly bent and shouldn't the movement be smooth in both directions rather than a kicking motion?
Anthropos Anthropos hey buddy, you are correct it’s best not to lock out on the leg press. I’m actually not, but maybe in the video it looks like I am. It may look a bit bouncy from having light weight in the machine. Yes control and smooth is best!
Hey Alex, I want to decrease my buttock muscle tone and fat , recently I joined Jym what should I do? Plz guie me..... I am a student Of MBBS and my routine is eating plus sleeping.... So guide me to burn musle fat of glut region......
Shahzaib Saleem you should follow my leg workouts here on UA-cam or my Instagram! That will help you tone up and lose fat. But make sure you focus on your diet too.
Pity we can't see your leg muscles actually working because of those (admittedly rather snazzy looking) leggings, but another great informative video none-the-less.

Using either/or leg curl and leg extension machines are a guaranteed way of injuring oneself.
I was told to not extend my legs too long or to not lock it or something?? idk whats right now 😂
