@@futarydary actually the people back there were much more excited, there was even a mosh pit (I was there), more than 42 thousand people in the stadium and a lot of people with family... So I think it's normal that most people aren't jumping like crazy

What other songs do they cut or have cut previously? Master of Puppets was one or them, during the Black album tour they started playing Enter Sandman after second chorus before solos, and in some shows they jumped to Seek and Destroy and For whom the Bell tolls. In Blackened they play a shorter solo and in The four Horseman they don't usually play the 'Lynyrd Skynyrd' medley.

Esse vai ter história pra caramba pra contar... Nasceu bem na música de encerramento e com direito a fogos de artifício, tipo, dando boas vindas à ele. Meu, não sei quanto ao pai dele, mas eu ia ficar muuuuuuuuito orgulhoso disso! Parece que naquela hora o universo conspirou muito à favor do casal e do bebê.
Isso q fora do estádio na hora do show tinha, aproximadamente, 10 mil pessoas .

Props to whoever mixed the guitars - it's nice to make out Kirk in the rythm and hear palm mutes with a bit of sustain

The best part about these videos is knowing they prove haters wrong when they say Metallica doesn’t have it anymore. They always put on a great show and push themselves.
The hysterical laugh leading into the final section was SPOT ON this time! Really gets me pumped for the final bit of madness! 🤟

Kirk seems to have started to up his game in recent times. The last couple clips he's been sounding really good. Respecting the parts and less improv. I think the solos he put on the records deserve it because they're killer.
It drives me crazy that they don’t play the bridge when they play this live these days. It’s too damn good not to play.

Yep they cut a lot of songs short for one reason or another: Blackened, Shortest Straw, Four Horsemen ( I believe its because the middle section sounds like sweet home alabama and Lynyrd Skynyrd weren't happy). I'm sure there's others but I can't remember them all
They haven’t for like 15 or so years. They’ll play it sporadically here and there. It really sucks.

@@serroche they can't do it live: in that intro there are three classical guitars, one acoustic and the same but with distorted guitars. They would need at least two guitarists more to play that.
There's literally no band's from the 80's can perform as good as metallica.

James! Don’t know if you read these personally? But as a huge fan and a guitar player myself. You and Kirk are my top reasons I started playing guitar back in 89. I know the pressures and being in the spotlight can take it’s tole. Your not alone my brother. There is a lot of us that struggle mental illness. As I I’ve seen you have some amazing hobbies. Indulge in those. Keep smiling man. We all have your back.

James' high note made me chuckle of amazement. He's still on top of his game. Keep it going Papa Het. 💪
definetly, even more so when you take in considerarion his age and how long he's been doing this. It's not as raspy as the old days, but it's got way more technique and a much wider range I feel like. The fact that he used to scream his lungs out for close to 40 years and actually got more technical and expanded his range is mind boggling. Fair enough, the raspy gutsy vocals are gone, but in comes a much more developped vocal style.
Usually after so many years, they trade the rapsyness and strenght of their voice for...well, totally shot vocals. He's a beast.
@@339blackdiamond I totally agree. He's a beast. But also human. If James ever feels down again before going on stage, I'd recommend him to read some of the reactions here on UA-cam to cheer him on again, and remind him how much people still love what he and Metallica does after all this time.

Longe de ser a melhor música mas,nunca tive a oportunidade de ir em um show de uma banda de thrash metal de tamanha magnitude igual ao Metallica quem sabe um dia. Comecei a escutar o metal em torno de 12 anos de idade e hoje é um dos estilos musicais mais proeminentes da minha vid. Viva o heavy metal ,viva o grito de liberdade que vem de dentro de nós Metállica o Brasil te ama,nós te amamos.

Única coisa que te digo e leve para vida. Olhe quantos estão com o celular na mão filmando. Não faça isso, viva o show. Tire algumas fotos, filme um momento ou outro mas não seja cameraman, viva seu momento de fã , fique maluco e rouco de tanto gritar.

É o melhor. Eu já fui em todos os shows grandes q aconteceram em CTBA desde 1995. Pra mim, esse foi o melhor disparado!

Lembro que no passado muitos diziam que Curitiba não tinha como receber um show do Metallica e no final das contas não só foi o mais importante de Curitiba como pra mim foi maior que em 2010 Morumbi e 2015 no Rock In Rio. Eu não sei o que aconteceu exatamente, se os astros se alinharam, mas o Metallica fez uma apresentação ímpar com um set list inesquecível, o dia 7/05/2022 vai ficar marcado pra história. Se esse show fosse na rua seriam milhões de pessoas.

I love that Metallica takes younger bands out to play stadiums, so that they can get their experience playing these shows. Metallica could fill these stadiums by themselves, while other older bands have to tour together to fill them.
Guns n Roses fill stadiums by themselves too, this two bands were the biggest bands in the World in 1992, and 30 years later still are
