James keeps showing signs of being in a difficult state of mind... I hope the Metallica organization sees what we are all seeing unraveling and takes damn good care of that man, he means a lot to millions around the world, and no one wants to be lamenting a tragedy in the future... please check in regularly, do not leave him alone and help him out... when tragedy strikes we all look back and think "the signs were all there", now it's the time to act and prevent him from relapsing with his demons or fall further down the rabbit hole. Protect this man at all costs.

it seems to me part of the problem is "metal music" itself... I can't listen much of that type of music nowadays myself, having dealt with trauma and depression and other kinds of crap (our modern daily lives became a source of trauma in themselves... it's almost unescapable now...) To me, it seems like James has to constantly relive bad memories in order to perform some songs and sing some lyrics. Reliving trauma is never good, and will intensity symptoms.

I love the deep tone on it! Makes it pretty unique and different-sounding.

The answer to the breakdown was the audience cheering "You're not alone" and Kirk and Lars hugging him. Truly heartwarming.

My first album by a rock band was "Kill and All", I had 2 dreams in life, one to know the USA the other would be to watch Metallica live, both unfulfilled due to lack of financial conditions, but to this day I listen to their songs and back to youth. Long live Metallica!!!

But music is a great healer it doesn't matter whether it is rock opera or classical , and it has been said that even people in coma is it can It can help them to come back from a coma ,

Am I the only one who, after many years of listening Metallica,finally hear young James and Lars again?Even Kirk had a lot bright moments here. Don't get me wrong- I love it,it's awesome. But I'm honestly affraid and worried . After news about Hetfields state,and just from what I learned through some of mine life-expiriences-usualy something really bad happens after some awesome moments like this.

So we can't see it in this video, but when Metallica bounced back after Jason and St Anger, one of my favorite things was Kirk stepping up with the backing vocals. And somehow Sad But True especially makes me squirm in satisfaction.
