Ingredients:
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg and 1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (and a dash extra)
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
Lots of semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Lots of dark chocolate chips

i took your advice on the browning butter and experimenting with different ingredients, the first batch i did chilled with browned butter, my mum said was "potentially the best i had ever made" and i just made a batch today, UGHHH IT WAS SO GOOD!!!

Just found your channel and instantly subscribed! Cats and cookies, oh my. A tip to not getting eggshells in your baking (which totally didnt happen) is to crack the egg on a flat surface (benchtop) or on another egg if you wanna look cool. Cracking on the edge of the bowl causes shell shards to break inwards, falling into your food when pulling it open. These cookies look devine 🤤

One tip I have to making your cookies tasting sooooo sooo good is the brown your butter before making the cookies. It adds like a buttery caramel flavor. You should be able to find a vid on how to brown the butter but it’s pretty simple!! Loved your video!
