Everything you make is always so delicious and I can tell from miles away. :) Where I work the "how's it going" is a common theme. Usually whomever receives that will grunt out a "good or an ok" Yesterday was a crazy day at work and I came home tired. I called it a day early so what better time to catch up and see what Haley is up to. You always have many things going at once. I dont think you ever get bored. :) Sleep well.

I really appreciate what you were saying about "enjoying things now" when you were younger. I think I feel very similarly but I was lacking the words or feelings to express it properly. I really do miss staying up late with my friends too, it felt like I could do whatever I wanted at the time with no consequences and I wish I could go back. I'm sure that all of us who feel that way and miss that feeling of freedom and joy will find it again in the near future. That's why I always listen to myself and my body and go with the flow. Anger is a normal emotion but as someone who had been a people pleaser for so long, I know how guilty I feel for feeling anger. Do you have any friends or anyone you can talk to? Treat yourself with kindness. You are more important than your studies. You are amazing, you have done amazingly. We are always our worst critics. It’s your life, others give advice but it is your life. Some advice is useful and other advice isn’t. At end of the day we either ‘win or we learn’. Remember Fail stands for First Attempt In Learning. You’ve got this and I for one am cheering you on.
