I like you elecric bike collections. Just wondering if your Tuttio bike can have it's wheel and tire size increased like that of the Surron and Tallaria? and does the Tuttio have the same frame size with the Surron and Tallaria?
The swing arm length is limited, though you could probably fit a 17” front and 14” rear wheel on this bike easily. I would recommend that unless you put a more powerful motor on though, lot of added drivetrain weight
Im thinking of getting the tuttio soliel 01 also is it good for offroad because i like offroading and does it have good suspension. And one more thing do you think its worh the price from what i heard its very reasonable for the price.
If you like off road and you're UNDER 150 lbs, this would be a good option. Another would be the Razor Pro-Spec. I think those two bikes are the best for this price range.
I have one and want to upgrade the front fender but don’t know how to cut the crf50 one. Is there a fender I could buy that fits and I don’t have to cut it?
Hi love your channel. I have just purchased a tuttio and I would like to to ask you a question. My chain is rubbing on the chain guard near the front sprocket and I have tried to adjust the tension and it is set correctly. But still rubs I was thinking of raising the motor but there is no space . Would changing the size of the front motor sprocket raise it enough to stop the rubbing. I need roughly 4 mm to have a clean no rub. I would love your thoughts. Max.
So I spoke with Tuttio about this a few weeks back since the plastic on the chain guard seemed oddly loud to me. Tightening the chain a bit can reduce the drag, but you can only do so much with that since you still want chain slack. They just shipped me a chain guard that’s supposed to be softer material and quieter. I’m supposed to receive that in a bout a week or so and I’ll post an update video on the results
It’s not the same. That’s why I had to change the harness back in this video. The 72V battery came with a QS8 connector. I did a fully detailed install on that a few videos back, if you want to check it out..
Quick question Pat, did you unhook the brake lever wires from the controller to use in the new setup or did you have to cut them? Are the brake lever wires just used in the new setup or also wired to the controller still? Thank you.
@@gex32985 I actually fully disconnected it the controller because I didn’t want it to cut power when I apply brakes anyway. I cut the wires, but left the connector from the controller alone (in case I want to reverse it later on.) I suppose you could also tap into it as a signal wire
@PatOutdoors if the motor would last up to 6 months with a 72v battery, is that something you could then recommend? Or would you have to see how it handles over a longer period of time
I have the turn signals hooked up on my Razor MX650 with the same tail lamp housing. You would just need a switch with turn signal switch on the handlebar (instead of the on/off) and extend the yellow and the brown wire from the tail light to the new switch with a flasher relay in between.
