There's not a thing you said wrong. There was one couple I admired on IG, they were together for five years. Always traveling, posting selfies together, had great careers, always posting good positive things about their lives and each other. Suddenly they posted they were breaking up and I was in shock. For years they constantly appeared to be "perfect." That really showed me that couples and people in general, seriously only post their perfect moments but their behind the scenes is never what you think it is..
I was watching FitXFearless today, I'm 14, been depressed for a year cuz my football career ended at 13, I'm doing Lacrosse now, But I fell into a big rut but wheb the guy who was calling fit said I'm different you don't know what I'm goibg through, viticim mentality etc., etc. But I got a wake up call, I'm simply tried of being sorry for myself, I'm tired of nothing changing, I'm tired of going nowhere, I'm tired of letting myaelf be a viticim, Just got wake up call, Thx
@@COolKID-zt2ow you’re still so young. your life doesn’t start till you hit 21 you can still dream big nothing is out of reach at your age. Stay strong and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
You're a blessing. Nice to here you talk. I have ptsd actually at 30, mind always going 90 to nothing ,and dude my depression is like one of kind. Crazy . Ongoing panic attacks . I actually get a check for mental disability. My mind is a swrewed up puzzle. Again , thank you. if you know anything about ptsd, you can talk on that. And yeah like you said , single grown men in society; you get looked at as pointless and worthless.
@@DaxtonKnight thank you so much for saying that. I know a little about ptsd. Probably not enough to make a whole video. I do have panic attacks, and they came out of no where. My advice is not to get on meds because once you get off them, you’ll be worse than when you started. just try not to do things that will trigger your PTSD and start writing things down that you know that will trigger it so that way you know not to do it. Is it just me or the whole UA-cam couples aspect is just weird? I would never want a camera stuck in my face everyday and never know when a camera is on me. It’s just weird how people follow them and praise these couples. You know most of those YT couples are going nowhere fast. Only normies like that type of stuff.
