So this video put me over the edge and I got a crazy good use case for this after it has been sitting in my "save for later" portion of my amazon account since 2019 😂 I have a boss rc-505 looper. I play drums, guitar, bass, and piano. Drum machines don't do it for me and I didn't want to spend the money on a big multipad. I mostly just want to create a simple beat using a kick, snare, ride or hat ... save that loop, then add bass, and either play guitar or piano over that. Much more interesting and musical than playing to a metronome. And also better than downloading a "beat" that I didn't make. I want something bare bones with just a basic method to get a beat going. This is it. Nothing special, $120 new. No brainer for my use case.
Thanks . . . I think that’s just what I need. If I can use my feet 👣 that would free up my hands for the guitar. Just a kick and snare would be all I would need.
How awkward would this be to set on the floor and play with your feet?? Im from windsor and i know you use to do lots of this kind of performing right?
Absolutely. Just go out of the left 1/4 output to the PA is you want it in Mono, or out of the the left & right 1/4 outputs if you want it in stereo into your PA.
I just plug it into my Boss RC600 looper & loop if from there. You don't need a looper that big or advanced. That are many other smaller loopers. That's just what I use.
@@MUSICIANGeeK thanks . . . I’ve got a couple of the cheaper Lakato Loopers. Im wondering would it be possible to play with your feet? I play guitar along with the boss octave pedal in a small combo. I’ve been using the TrioPlus but it’s not always dependable with the drum loop and I’d like to have something I could use live.

I.K., cool. I have a Boss Rc600. I love it & looping in general. Glad this will work with your setup.

There you go. Sounds like what you are looking for.

It would be pretty akward. I put it on a stand & use sticks.
Does it do loops
Can I run it through my PA and if so how do I do that?
Absolutely. Just go out of the left 1/4 output to the PA is you want it in Mono, or out of the the left & right 1/4 outputs if you want it in stereo into your PA.
@@MUSICIANGeeK great 👍🏼 just ordered it. Thanks 🙏🏻
@@jwllong Awesome. Hope you enjoy it.
How do use it with your looper

@@jwllong It does have a couple inputs for 2 more pads. You could make those foot pedals. I assume, & set them up for whatever you like.
