I’m glad to see this from a sprinters point of view. Currently I’m using the Pegasus 35 as a trainer and I think it’s great! Probably the best I’ve worn. I do want to try the Epic Reacts though, they didn’t have them when I went looking at my only real local option for shoes, and I’m always sceptical to order online. Solid list though, and I will definitely at least give the epics a try, I don’t know much about the top one to be honest. Either way keep the content coming and keep working, I look forward to watching you in Doha!
Appreciate the feedback! The Pegasus 35’s are a really good shoe. Completely different feel than the epic reacts. I will say that the epics take some time to get used to and I was skeptical as well, but after you adapt to that feel you grow to love it. Also, any shoe with the lunarlon technology at the bottom is worth a try imo - I Love it. All the best man!
Aaron Kingsley Brown duly noted, thank you for the reply man. As a young Canadian sprinter breaking into the system I appreciate any tips from someone of your stature. All the best in 2019!
Dope video. Thinking about those lunar tempo for speed work and interval training. Does the lunar and upper hold up ? Heard you only get about 200 miles on them.
Hey Aaron, just curious what spikes are in your bag? I see a lot of noise on the victory zoom spikes but it's a.mid distance- distance spike I believe. Just ran in the peg turbos btw great Reco. Lighter than the zoom flys which I was using for track workouts but still comfy enough to get some volume in. Thanks! ....and congrats I see you were expecting last month 🙂 a 200m Tokyo gold would be a good gift to being home for mama and baby no 😅
I’ve run in the grass with the regular pegasus just fine but if you want water resistant I’d suggest the Nike air zoom pegasus 36 shield! Thanks for watching
Can’t go wrong with the Pegasus Turbo’s 👌🏾. I haven’t tried the vaporfly’s yet but I just ordered some so we’ll see if I have to make an updated list haha
What would you recommend as a replacement for the Epic React Flyknit 2s? I’m a 400m hurdler and have been training in those for the past two seasons, but I don’t think they will last after this season, and Nike has discontinued that shoe line!
Are you sure they are discontinued? I see them offered on Nike.com still. In any case, another comparable shoe is the Nike react visions! Definitely give those a try. All the best!
So I sprint and go up to a 400 but may run a few miles for conditioning but I’ve beeen encountered with shin splints repeatedly which would be the best
Which running shoe is the best for sprinting and running for long distances? I have running sneakers now and I can run for a distance but I can’t sprint with them lol it’s so weird.
Lol yeah Nike makes shoes specifically for sprinting and distance because the mechanics are different in each so you need different technology in each shoe. I like the epic infinity reacts right now for sprinting and try the vaporfly for distance
hi i am 16 years old and i am a 200m and 400m french sprinter, i do the 200m in 22 "60 (indoor) and the 400m in 49.05 after a lot of research I can't seem to make up my mind at the moment I use the new very light 1080V balance, the problem is that they are worn out and I can no longer buy them because they are no longer on sale at around, I had bought the epic react but I feel heavy with it, after I put them on only 2-3 months because I felt like I was running on my heel even in sprint (the new balance weighed 175g) which basket would you advise me for drills, warm-up and short sessions? cordially
They are all pretty affordable now. The most inexpensive would probably be the zoom streak, lunartempo 2's and pegasus 35. The models I reviewed for the zoom fly, zoom turbos, and epic reacts all have newer & more expensive models out now - making the ones I reviewed cheaper now. There are links in the description of this video. Hope this helps!

@@chrisquoi6418 I don't know about any shoe other than Nike products so I can't speak on that, but I would try the zoom pegasus. Great stability and cushioning

I wear superfly elites, they’ve been my go to for a while. I only know about sprint spikes though. Glad to hear you like the turbos!
And thanks!
do you have an update current running shoe you use right now?
Working on this video but I do love the Pegasus 38 and epic infinity reacts
The edits on this video are fucking sick wtfff. Mad channel, had to sub
Appreciate the sub 👊🏾
what an amazing video! can you give your suggestion for best sprinting shoes for 100m and 200m?
Thank you! I’ve only been sprinting in the superfly elites the past few seasons so I’d definitely go with those
@@kingsleysc actually i want a suggestion for non spikes brother.
My fault, misunderstood. I’d go with epic react infinity run or pegasus turbo 2’s.
Which out of all those shoes has the best support a cushioning? I have Achilles tendonitis so i wanted to know before i got back into sprinting?
I’d say the epic react has the most cushioning. Zoom Pegasus would be highest in support out of the list. Best of luck with your return 🙏🏾
@@kingsleysc appreciate that brother good luck with your journey as well....
Best shoes for hills sprints? need something with great grip for when grass is wet and cushion cuz.. cushion. Also a bit water resistant.
I’ve run in the grass with the regular pegasus just fine but if you want water resistant I’d suggest the Nike air zoom pegasus 36 shield! Thanks for watching
What's your top running shoe to train in for 2019?
Deffinitley the epic react
Well I haven't many shoes for training but by far the ones I've tried are nike react element 55
Noah Devji solid choice 👌🏾
How do you not have more than 100k subs ??
Lol 🤷🏾♂️ every share helps 🙏🏾
I train in the peg turbos and race in the vaporfly flyknit for this year .. how did the vaporfly miss your list??? 🤪
Can’t go wrong with the Pegasus Turbo’s 👌🏾. I haven’t tried the vaporfly’s yet but I just ordered some so we’ll see if I have to make an updated list haha
Aaron Kingsley Brown I think you’ll love them!! Doesn’t Nike send you swag?! I can’t believe you have to order them!! Enjoy them. :)
Andrew Connolly lol they do, that’s what I meant by order haha thanks for the suggestion 🙏🏾
