True Crime Tuesday - Unsolved Murder - Ja'mere Malik Brown

At approximately 10:30 pm on New Years Eve in 2020, police officers responded to reports of a shooting near NE Alberta Street and Mallory Avenue in Portland.
Once at the scene, officers discovered two victims both with gunshot wounds. One of the victims was taken to the hospital and survived, however, the other, 18-year-old Ja'Mere Malik Brown, died due to his injuries.
Officers learned that the shooting happened roughly one mile away near NE Durham Avenue and Madrona Street. They also learned that Ja’Mere had been watching UA-cam videos with his friend when they were shot.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of Ja'Mere Malik Brown.
