Not yet. Prosecutors have to go through all this evidence again for Chad Daybell to be awarded his guilty verdict and prison sentence. Right now Chad Daybell is still in jail not prison yet.
@@maryjane4432 She can in Arizona. I think the judge tossed the death penalty in exchange for life in prison with no parole in this particular case but she still has other charges for killing her ex husband in Arizona.

Justice for JJ, Tylee and Tammy! It’s a happy sad day! I feel so invested in this trial after listening to it daily. Once the verdict was read I burst into tears! I have so many emotions… happy with the verdict but so sad for the loss of these babies! I have a 6 year old son with autism and I just want to hug and hold him especially after hearing what they did to JJ. I wish we could bring them back! They deserve to live!

@@jenx818 I wonder how are Tammy's kids handling things these days. I followed this trial for a bit but not like I did the Letecia Stauch trial. The last Interview I saw from Chad and Tammy's kids they thought their Dad could do no wrong ?? I wonder how they feel today about things. I couldn't understand how they thought their Mom just died for no apparent reason other then affixation of some sort. His children acted very odd about her death and didn't seem to be the least bit miffed abut the extremely fast wedding to Lori after their Mom passed, it was very weird to me.

I feel so bad for the jury having to see such horrific images during the trial, they are surely burned into their memories now.
I hope one day Lori has a moment of clarity to understand the magnitude of what she has done but I truly think she is so far detached from reality that it will likely never happen.
She knows what is going on. Remember, her surviving son said she was texting him from her daughter's phone pretending to be her after she killed her. Lori was also cashing the children's ss checks knowing she had killed them so I highly doubt anyone believes she is "detached from reality." The reality is she killed her children, Tammy Daybell, her ex husbands, and many more people. Lori, Alex, and Chad were evil vile serial killers that killed people for insurance money.
Yes Cereal NinjaIt it is for real as there are things that you just can't un-see. Listening to JJ'S Grandfather speak was so heartbreaking as they loved him to the moon and back and Tylee as well. I feel terrible for the whole family that has to deal with the after effects of this horrible situation.

My heart goes out to Colby- he has lost his precious siblings forever at the hands of the person who should have nurtured and loved them beyond anybody else on earth. Colby lost a special Stepdad - Charles- who treated him and Tylee as his own. Their mother - an abuser and a loser and now a killer. Colby my heart is with you, Kay, Larry, Tammy's children, Charles's sons, all who truly love and care about you all. How could they *_NOT_* find this verdict? I am a little surprised they didn’t take a little longer given all the moving parts and huge cast of characters. Cheers to those who served may they find only peace in their dreams. Larry and Kay hopefully can move forward only thinking their best thoughts of JJ. And just a little cruelty, the woman who so prized her looks already appears as if her face were melting off like old wax.
I feel the same but after Casey Anthony was acquitted, I always worry.
Well, I think the defense had more of a case there. With this case, the defense had 0 to go on. She literally didn't fight it at all. There was so much evidence against her and so many people dead, it's impossible to say you have some doubts. In Anthony's case there was reasonable doubt because they lacked evidence to show she intentionally killed her child. At most, you could say she was negligent.

Those poor kids, i had to stop watching some of the trail when they were talking about how they died. Nope, i couldnt listen to it. This trial was a waste of a time. Clearly she couldn't claim insanity, if she were insane, she would have been institutionalized when she was ordered in for a psych evaluation and Charles, Tammy, and the kids would still be alive.
