Great presentation. While I love the natural light and amazing sense of space, I wish we could establish kenyan manufacturing for some of the finishings and accessories - mental emancipation from "other" being superior and always referring to “European finishes” as a reference for luxury. Lets Fiercely adopt a "for us, by us" attitude.
Please provide information of the contractors who did the construction: i've dealt with chinese developers and its been a nightmare. Thanks.

Its a beautiful space, especially the furnishings. But the 2-bedroom seems to have a very narrow pathway to the laundry area. Wonder how one opens those built-in appliances. Overall, it's too pricey!

Hahaha I just built my house in ruiru.....and all my materials are all from Kenya😂😂😂😂.....I don't know what Kenya you live at.....and mine is actually more spacious 5 bedrooms flat roof and better than these apartments......start shopping around....home Depot and Lowes where I live has nothing on Kenyan building materials....... especially the finishings......

Planning to build four storey
What this developers completely forgot is children playing ground. Swimming pool itself is not enough for outdoor activities. Like me my children first choice is football then of course swimming then skating.
Are they sold as furnished for that price?
