Great question! If you work Uptown and care about your commute, theses neighborhoods will likely be the better choice. Being so close to the city you also have access to a lot more amenities and entertainment. These are great places to live if you want more of a “city feel”. All that being said, I LOVE Davidson/ Cornelius. These areas are going to give you more of that laid-back, small town, lake lifestyle. Downtown Davidson is one of the cutest downtowns in the Charlotte Metro. They have amazing local shops and restaurants (just not as many to choose from by comparison). The other big drawl is lake living. If you want to take advantage of Lake Norman, Davidson/ Cornelius is the way to go. The biggest “con” is the traffic, specifically on 77. Other than that these areas are great. It will really just comes down to your lifestyle/ preferences. Shoot me a call/ text if you want to chat more :) 704-777-1458
Kindly inform me about 1 bedroom apartments or cheaper apartments how much per month and how many Amazon buildings is in charlotte please how much per hour please I’m waiting
The west side will be a little different from these areas. Comparatively, you'll be closer to the city so it will be more urban vs suburban... And up until around the 90s the west side was pretty industrial so a lot of the neighborhoods are still up and coming. I love the west side though ( it's actually where I live!). Some of my favorite neighborhoods are Ashley Park, Clanton Park, and Camp Greene.
Informative. Lived there. Visit all the time. I still think of Charlotte as home. Especially this area you highlighted. One kindly given suggestion….slow your speech, watch the voice fry and voice fall at the end of your sentences. Breathe. Too many young women speak this way and it is difficult to listen to.
It's a great place to relocate :) I've lived all over the country and Charlotte has been by far the easiest place to transition :) Feel free to shoot me a call/text if you have questions (704) 710-6490.

How would you compare these areas to living in Cornelius/Davidson?

Apologies, I focus solely on home sales and purchases, not rentals. Best of luck though!
My daughter just rented one bedroom with office $1300 monthly.
And that is cheap.
@@robertbottoms9295 Unfortunately, rentals are crazy in Charlotte. I have a client who's rent increased $400/month - hence why he ended up buying 😕
What about the Westside of Charlotte? As far as the things you mentioned in these areas.
