The Hudson Tower is a really nice looking building. Great to see Detroit getting/looking better right in front of our eyes. Thank you as always for the great work.
Good morning Frankai , it's good to see you , ..hey I've been going steady with Detroit long enough , now it's time we get married , lol ..I appreciate your wonderful videos , great updates , I appreciate you 🤩

With Governor pushing thru a law stating that tenants will no longer have to prove income sources and landlords can no longer reject prospective tenants based on that, what happens to all the condo buildings when they fill up with section 8 and or drug money hood rats? Detroit invested a ton to rebuild and are now faced with social engineering.
show me one condo anywhere near downtown that gets filled up with section 8 tenants and we'll have a discussion, friend these buildings aren't being funded with the intent of losing money
@@PhantasyStarved They certainly weren't conceived or built to serve section 8 , however the Michigan's Gov signed into law a few days ago that landlords CANNOT even inquire to where a prospective tenant receives income. They CANNOT by law turn them away. The Gov is doing nothing less than social engineering to place favorable voters into certain areas. I certainly hope you are correct but your argument is with Gov Whitmer.

U of M bldg is really moving slow. It’s been under construction for over a year.
Just was thinking the same. I wonder if there were issues with the foundation work, because they should be starting vertical by now.
@johnnyharris4800 right now, it's been too cold to pour concrete, or even work outside, for that matter.

at 0:38 i don't see anyone working again
They probably work 6 to 3 or so. This was about 4:30.
Agreed. This construction is moving ridiculously slow. They broke ground over a year ago and still no vertical growth? So weird.
The temperatures have been real cold this year so far. Maybe mid-February or better yet March. Maybe more progress will be made by then.
@@andrewcrawford4635 The crew down at the riverfront at the JLA hotel site are moving very fast.
