- I was on vacation and my curly hair turned into a disaster. I got moisture overload, a lot of salt water, and hard water in my hair. Here I showed you how I fixed it. Hope this is helpful.

I've experienced moisture overload a few times and fixed it but what scared me recently was protein overload, I had never had it before. My hair got stuck together, tangled and was snapping everytime I tried to detangle so after I calmed down I used a sulfate shampoo all over my hair and thank God it helped so much then I look a moisture shampoo and conditioner and it saved the day

What the heck. I thought if it was frizzy and wild like this it NEEDED moisture. I didn’t consider I might need protein till my hair loss ticked up
That was me it was mushy and breaking, I did okaplex bonding treatment and topped it with a protein balance deep conditioner now my hair feels normal
