i have over moisturised curls should i use conditioner after the protein mask

Lots of these have silicone…which actually blocks the protein from entering the hair shaft

i feel like i have the opposite problem. my hair doesn’t stretch no matter what i do. i deep condition all the time ugh

Does your hair need to be clarified to let moisture in?

@@zoecross8426 maybe. for a while i was only using clarify shampoo, because i thought thay was what i needed but i believe i was over doing it 🥲 my hair has since been able to strech more i belive i found a balance
